Managing Form Responses

When a visitor to your Spirelight website completes a form on your website, what happens to the information they send?

Two things happen:

1. The form information is saved in a database that is associated with your website, and is available through the website dashboard at https://my.spirelight.com.

From there, you can export the form responses in a spreadsheet, or view them individually.

2. The form information is sent to one or more email recipients of your choice. The particular email addresses that receive this information can be configured in the form options for each individual form. (see Building A Basic Registration Form for configuring this)

When replying to form responses that are delivered to you via email, you want to make sure that you are replying to the email address of the person who submitted the form and not the email address that processed the form ( "noreply@spirelight.com" ).
